General Information

The Breakfast

We have two lunch services, the first at 8 a.m. and a second at 9 a.m. Times are assigned upon arrival (Check-in) on a first-come, first-chosen basis and depending on availability.

We do not have the required facilities for people with severe allergies.

We are not be able to serve any vegan breakfast for now. We can serve gluten free breakfast and vegetarian.

Please inform yourself before booking.

Reduced mobility

Our house is located on a slope in Old Quebec and having a few stairs, it is not possible to accommodate people with mobility problems, please inform yourself before making your reservation.

Detail: To access level 1 (Whale, Bear and Moose Rooms) 5 steps, to access the dining room and the terrace, a staircase. Finally, to access the Suite, one more staircase to climb.

Payment policy

• Our Here are the payment options, cash or debit (interac). We can sometimes accept Visa or MC but only for stays of more than three nights, and if no other means are possible. (The user fees for a small gîte like ours are prohibitive). Thank you for your understanding.

Children

• Sorry, only children over 10 years old are accepted
• We do not have any extra beds or cots for children. Nor any facility for young children.
• We do not have a child rate, the adult rate applies

Arrival and Departure

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., if you arrive before, without having informed us, it is very possible that you will not have access to your room and not be able to leave your luggage before 4 p.m., it is important to communicate with us 48 hours before.

You will receive an automated email from us, two days before your arrival to specify your arrival time, please take time to respond by email, this information is important for you and us !

Departures are before 11am

Please confirm your arrival time as soon as possible in order to obtain the best service available according to your arrival time.

It’s always possible to leave your luggages here for a earlier check-in and /or a later check-out. Please advise us

Cancellation

• 7 days and more before arrival, 10% of the total amount of the stay (Tax included).
• Less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay (Tax included)

Parking

There is no parking available on site, nor in Old Quebec.

Go through the lodge first, we direct you to the public parking (Max height is 2m13) lot around the corner, click here to obtain the location of it. The rate is $ 20 / 24h.
